Studio

You are very welcome to visit my studio by appointment to see samples and colors in real life. If I have everything in stock, you can take your order immediately, payment is via payment link. Make an appointment by sending an email to info@lifeisagrid.nl The address is Daam Fockemalaan 22, 3818 KG Amersfoort (note: visiting address only!). My studio is in the Eemklooster, Onze Lieve Vrouw ter Eem and mail does not arrive there well. Do you want to send something? Let me know and I will email you the correct information.

All orders are processed on Thursdays and Fridays. This means that they are prepared in my studio, assembled (coat racks), beautifully packed & shipped. The delivery person will ring your doorbell on Friday or Saturday with a package specially put together for you. I hope you are very happy with it!

The shipping costs are €6.95. Orders from € 150.00 are shipped free of charge.

If you order a custom-made coat rack, the delivery time is approximately 1 week. That's because I have to specially edit a number of parts. I really enjoy doing that, but of course it takes some time.

Returns

Ouch! The space is too small, the color is slightly different than you expected, or you are unexpectedly going on a world trip. Can happen of course. You may return your order. I would like to receive it:

• within 14 days of purchase

• in the tissue paper around the brass or copper - this must not have been removed, otherwise you may be charged (coat rack)

• in perfect condition, unused, undamaged and odorless

• in the original shipping box

• accompanied by an email to info@lifeisagrid.nl in which you describe which item(s) you are returning, the reason for your return and your order number

If you follow the above procedure, you will be fine. You will receive the purchase amount back to your account number within 7 days of receiving your return.
